Legal Actions: Disqualification of the Defense Attorneys

The Plaintiff's motion to disqualify the Defense's attorneys for conflict of interest was filed on August 19, 2021. By this day, the Plaintiffs had suffered a number of defeats of their motions, including on June 29, 2021, the day of release to the public, of the judicial Order denying their claim that the 2019/2020 BoD breached "... the Charter, CC&Rs and the Bylaws of the LCA..." [page 4, Initial Complaint 2020-09-29]. This judicial Order was the first and only (as of 2021-12-05) ruling on any substantive issue in the Initial or subsequent complaints. All other motions have been concerned with non-substantive issues such as removing the original four plaintiffs from financial obligations by removing them as Plaintiffs; or disqualifying the attorneys, or seeking privileged emails from an attorney of the 2019/2020 BoD.
